About the Project
Kadam Mobility's mission is clear: “Electrifying logistics, one happy rider and zero-emission mile at a time.” To support riders and streamline last-mile delivery on electric vehicles, they needed a mobile app that made everything from accepting orders to tracking earnings frictionless and transparent.
Design Process
To build the Kadam Mobility Delivery Partner App, I followed a structured yet flexible process:
Research & Understanding – Studied delivery partners’ pain points like tracking, earnings, and navigation.
Wireframing – Created low-fidelity sketches to map out the user flow.
Prototyping – Developed interactive prototypes for early usability testing.
User Testing – Gathered real user feedback and iterated the design.
Final Design – Delivered a simple, functional, and visually clean UI.
Development – Design deployed to Play Store, with continuous updates.
Final Impact
The project has reached an exciting stage where design and development are moving hand-in-hand.
Design Status – Completed and published on the Play Store, ensuring users can experience a visually polished and intuitive interface.
Development Status – Currently progressing at full pace, with a rollout planned for riders in the upcoming phase.
